Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Smokeball is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape product positioning, launches, and growth across global markets. You will own global messaging, connect product, sales, enablement and marketing, and drive go‑to‑market strategies for key verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve platform and solution‑level positioning and messaging globally in partnership with leadership.
• Own positioning across product tiers, practice areas and segments, providing client‑facing teams with targeted value propositions.
• Create deep‑funnel assets such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, battlecards, blog posts and demo videos.
• Track legal‑tech competitive and market landscape and translate insights for product, marketing and client‑facing teams.
• Synthesise voice‑of‑customer insights to inform messaging and GTM strategy.
• Develop and maintain ICPs and buyer personas across key segments.
• Lead GTM launch planning for major releases and build quarterly launch campaigns.
• Identify adoption and expansion opportunities and deliver targeted growth programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with performance‑driven GTM launches.
• Strong storytelling ability to turn complex product information into clear narratives.
• Adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize in a fast‑growing environment.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and collaborating with sales and client success teams.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging tools to improve research and synthesis.
• Experience in legal tech, professional services, compliance‑adjacent markets or SMB software is a plus.
