Channel Marketing Manager – Adjacent Healthcare

About the role

The Channel Marketing Manager – Adjacent Healthcare will drive profitable growth across aged care, dental, day hospitals and pathology segments. Reporting to the ANZ Marketing Manager, you will create and execute segment and channel strategies that boost customer acquisition, penetration, retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual growth plans and ABM strategies for assigned accounts, aligning objectives, stakeholder mapping and competitive positioning.
• Lead marketing planning with priority wholesalers, distributors and buying groups, creating promotional calendars and partner initiatives.
• Translate customer pain points and buying drivers into actionable marketing programs and demand forecasts.
• Improve discoverability and conversion on digital commerce channels, planning targeted campaigns that direct customers to the appropriate purchasing route.
• Collaborate with sales, product operations and supply chain to validate forecasts, review risks and optimise activities based on performance data.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in sales, product management or marketing, preferably within healthcare or medical devices.
• Strategic thinker with strong market insight and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer visits and events.
