Club Manager for Premium 24/7 Gym (Newly Renovated)

About the role

Anytime Fitness is seeking an energetic Club Manager to lead its newly renovated 24/7 gym in Rouse Hill. You will be the face of the club, driving membership growth and delivering an exceptional fitness experience for members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team to provide high‑quality member service.
• Develop and execute sales and community outreach strategies to increase membership.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure the club meets its revenue targets.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to attract new members.

Required profile

• Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong leadership abilities.
• Previous management experience, preferably in fitness, retail or hospitality.
• Passion for health and fitness and commitment to a clean, safe environment.
• Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
