• Provide clinical guidance, education and mentorship to nursing colleagues and students.
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical audits and evidence‑based practice.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgement and collaborative approach.
• Experience in specialist surgical care and ability to lead and mentor others.
• Advanced clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement.
