Clinical Implementation Specialist

About the role

Altera Digital Health is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to lead end‑to‑end implementation of its digital health solutions across hospitals in the APAC region. You will work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to configure systems, optimise workflows and ensure successful go‑live and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver implementation activities following Altera’s methodology, including configuration, deployment and go‑live support.
• Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions and solution design discussions to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical, operational and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies, and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (e.g., nurse, pharmacist, allied health professional).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills with experience across multiple clinical departments.
• Ability to remain patient, structured and solution‑focused in complex environments.

Required skills

• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Exposure to healthcare IT implementations or clinical systems.
• Familiarity with workflow redesign or clinical transformation initiatives.
