Cleaner - Qantas First & Business Class Lounges

About the role

Pullman, the upscale international hotel brand of Accor, operates Qantas Lounges in Melbourne, offering a relaxing start to a holiday, an efficient workspace between flights and a comfortable stop on the way to anywhere. The Cleaner joins the experienced Shower Host team and represents the service philosophy of 'Feel Valued' and 'Feel Welcome'. The role is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service from the heart across the First Class and Business Class lounges, assisting the team with a friendly and efficient service that meets guest and business standards.
• Work a 24/7 rotating roster, starting from 3:30 am, during lounge opening hours (international: 3:30 to 01:00).
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in a high-volume environment.

Required profile

• Experience in a previous high-volume cleaning environment.
• Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster and to stay on your feet.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain strict security procedures.
• Valid driver's licence and full availability.
• Australian working rights and the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance.
