Civil Project Manager – Lead Major South Australian Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Join a fast‑growing South Australian civil contractor and take full ownership of civil infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. The role offers a Monday‑Friday schedule with no weekend work, within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead civil projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion, managing programmes, budgets and delivery plans.
• Coordinate engineers, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure commercial, quality and safety outcomes.
• Monitor programme progress, quality, safety and overall performance, identifying risks and implementing practical solutions.
• Manage commercial performance, forecasting, variations and project reporting.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in civil construction, delivering complex civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial, programming and project delivery capability.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
• Civil engineering qualifications (highly regarded) and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, growing business.
