About the role
Our client, a private‑equity‑backed industrial manufacturing business, is entering a critical phase of performance improvement and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will be a hands‑on, commercially focused leader responsible for strengthening financial discipline and supporting the company’s evolution.
Key responsibilities
- Enhance financial systems and infrastructure to support scalable growth.
- Drive pricing strategy and margin optimisation across product lines.
- Lead reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes with high accuracy.
- Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase commercial performance.
- Partner with the leadership team and investors to align financial strategy with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven finance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial or product‑based environments.
- Strong background in systems implementation, commercial performance and continuous improvement.
- Experience in privately owned, growth‑oriented companies, preferably backed by private equity.
- Credible, practical and results‑driven approach to finance management.
