Casual Sales Assistant – Westfield Sydney Flagship Store

About the role
Join T2’s new flagship store in Westfield Sydney and be part of an experiential retail environment featuring a Brew Bar and Blend Bar. You will deliver world‑class customer service, deepen your tea knowledge, and help create an inviting atmosphere for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers with the sights, smells, and textures of T2’s tea and teaware.
- Provide personalized service and become a tea‑brewing expert.
- Manage high volumes of stock and ensure visual merchandising meets brand standards.
- Follow health and safety policies to maintain a safe store environment.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast‑paced retail setting.
- Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience is advantageous.
