Case Manager – Compulsory Third Party Claims

About the role

We are seeking a Case Manager to join QBE’s Queensland Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Claims team in Brisbane. The role involves guiding injured road‑traffic accident victims through their recovery journey, ensuring they receive the right services and support while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, empathetic customer service throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Manage end‑to‑end CTP claims, coordinating with doctors, treatment providers and solicitors.
• Identify clinical information needs and develop case‑management plans within legislative timeframes.
• Negotiate and resolve claim issues using technical and negotiation skills.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance, preferably in claims or personal injury management.
• Customer‑focused, caring and empathetic communication style.
• Resilient, decisive and able to work independently under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to prioritize workload.
