About the role
Miss Maud is seeking experienced Cafe Managers and Supervisors for multiple locations across Western Australia. The positions are permanent, full‑time or part‑time, with day‑only shifts and no split shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, train and support café staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee tills, meet budget targets and manage stock and inventory levels.
- Maintain health, safety and food‑hygiene standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast‑paced café or similar environment.
- Passion for outstanding customer service and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Strong team‑leadership, quick‑thinking and the ability to inspire and develop others.
