Buyer's Agent - Newcastle

About the role

Aussie, part of Lendi Group, is building the fastest-growing Buyer's Agency in Australia. As a Retail Buyer's Agent in Newcastle, you will work inside an Aussie Store alongside mortgage brokers and in-store teams, turning finance-approved customers into successful property purchases. Think of it as your own territory and referral engine, supported by brand, technology and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Work with finance-ready clients to understand their property needs
• Source suitable properties from on-market, pre-market and off-market channels
• Conduct due diligence and property research
• Lead negotiations and manage the buying process from start to finish
• Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and deliver service that earns client trust and repeat business
• Partner with brokers to understand client goals and timing
• Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs

Required profile

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent)
• Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
• Established networks to source off-market and pre-market opportunities
• Strong knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology
• Negotiation skills that build trust and deliver results
• Preferred: being a buyer or investor yourself, experience with off-market stock or investor clients, and thriving in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment
