Business Development Manager – Technical Sales (Pro Audio & Safety Solutions)

About the role

Keenfinity is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of Pro Audio, Conferencing and Public Address solutions from its Sydney office. You will work with end‑users, consultants and integrators to grow the pipeline and re‑engage past projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with end‑users, consultants and integrators.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, trends and competitors.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Deliver compelling presentations highlighting unique audio and communication features.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams on sales activities and lead progression.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Development role within a relevant industry.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Engaging, genuine demeanor with confidence to initiate conversations and cold calls.
• Passion for making a difference and working as part of a team.
• Background in business or audio solutions preferred; knowledge of Pro Audio, Public Address and Evacuation systems advantageous.
