Business Development Manager - HVAC - North Queensland Territory & Base

About the role

Haier, part of the Haier Group, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth of its HVAC and whole‑home energy solutions across North Queensland. The role focuses on building B2B relationships with dealers, resellers and builders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the North Queensland market.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key business partners.
• Drive product specification and sales through solution‑based selling.
• Identify new market opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Represent the global Haier brand with professionalism and credibility.

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong relationship‑building, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to articulate a differentiated value proposition.
• Commercial mindset with accountability for outcomes.
• Strategic discipline in engaging the right stakeholders.
