Business Development Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Ecolab is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow its Food & Beverage division in Sydney. You will identify, develop and win new business opportunities with food and beverage manufacturers across New South Wales, helping them improve food safety, operational performance and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new manufacturing customers across NSW.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders in production, operations, engineering, quality, food safety and procurement.
• Conduct site assessments and propose hygiene, sanitation and food‑safety improvements.
• Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations and close new business.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development and customer acquisition.
• Experience selling into food and beverage manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment and build strong relationships.
• Energy, resilience, commercial acumen and passion for winning new business.
