Business Development Executive

About the role

Join Gallagher as a Business Development Executive and drive new business sales for a global leader in insurance and risk management. You will build a pipeline of prospects, nurture client relationships, and deliver tailored insurance solutions while working within a culture of integrity and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of new business prospects and develop a robust sales pipeline through internal referrals and external leads.
• Prepare submissions and quotes, work closely with clients to resolve issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify cross‑marketing opportunities.
• Stay informed of industry trends, share success stories, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities with high‑level presentation skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred; willingness to complete a Tier 1 qualification within six months.
