About the role

Forms Express, part of Valsoft Corporation, is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and market penetration for its flexible payment solutions aimed at local government billing. This remote position is based in Sydney and offers the chance to become a subject‑matter expert in a fast‑growing niche.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads using cold calling, email campaigns and social selling techniques.
• Develop deep knowledge of Forms Express payment solutions and articulate their benefits to local government clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to move leads into the sales pipeline and support closing activities.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up to keep prospects engaged.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in target organisations.
