Business Development Executive – Hawkesbury Region

About the role

As a Business Development Executive for the Hawkesbury Region, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are visible, available and delivering great customer experiences. This fast‑paced field sales role involves daily travel across the region, building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets within the Hawkesbury territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and successful promotions.
• Deliver regular reports on sales performance, opportunities and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Valid Australian driver’s licence with willingness to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
• Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
• Resilient, energetic and able to thrive through change.
