Business Banking Manager – Remote Portfolio

About the role

The Business Banking Manager will oversee a portfolio of small to medium enterprise customers through a remote service model, using phone, video and digital channels. You will deliver high‑quality lending, deposit, liquidity and cash‑management solutions while ensuring a seamless, proactive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume inbound and leads‑based outbound calling schedule.
• Provide comprehensive banking services to a diverse range of business clients.
• Retain and grow existing relationships by understanding client ambitions and offering tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in business banking or financial services, preferably with SME clients.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to deliver proactive service.
• Excellent communication skills for phone, video and digital interactions.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high‑performing team.
