Business Banking Manager – Premium Broker

About the role

ANZ is looking for a Business Banking Manager to lead a premium broker portfolio within its Small to Medium Enterprise Banking division. You will work from the Docklands office, managing a mix of inbound and outbound client interactions to grow and retain small‑business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of small‑business customers, focusing on retention and value creation.
• Engage clients through high‑volume inbound requests and structured outbound outreach.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding customer ambitions and delivering tailored banking solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and support customers in achieving their business goals.
• Collaborate with Lighthouse, CSO, and enablement teams to ensure seamless outcomes.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the ANZ product suite to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to a high‑performing, collaborative team culture.
• Deliver against balanced scorecard targets covering customer, risk, and growth metrics.

Required profile
