Brand Manager – Grey Goose & Bombay Sapphire

About the role

Join Bacardi as a Brand Manager responsible for two iconic premium spirits – Grey Goose Vodka and Bombay Sapphire Gin. Based in Sydney, you will translate global strategies into local market activations, driving cultural relevance and commercial growth across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated brand plans for Grey Goose and Bombay Sapphire in the ANZ market.
• Translate global and regional strategies into compelling local activations, including sponsorships, events and experiential programmes.
• Plan and execute high‑profile cultural platforms such as the Australian Open sponsorship.
• Partner with agencies to produce best‑in‑class creative, media and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Marketing and Advocacy teams to ensure strong in‑market execution.
• Manage brand A&P budgets, ensuring disciplined spend and strong ROI.
• Analyse brand performance, market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide local insights for innovation and future pipeline planning.

Required profile

• 4+ years of FMCG brand marketing experience, preferably in luxury or spirits.
• Proven track record of developing and executing end‑to‑end brand plans.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Confidence managing budgets, agencies and multiple workstreams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Passion for culture, creativity and building brands consumers love.
