Integrated Producer

About the role

As an Integrated Producer at Dentsu Creative in Sydney, you will turn creative concepts into seamless, real‑world executions across campaigns, content, shoots, events and experiences. You will collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Services and external partners to deliver high‑quality work on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production for integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, content, film, experiential, print and OOH.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets and production plans, ensuring smooth delivery from briefing to launch.
• Partner with internal teams and coordinate suppliers, freelancers and production partners.
• Lead logistics and on‑site production for shoots, content captures, events and activations.
• Proactively manage risks, budgets and timelines while maintaining high production standards.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a production role within a creative agency, production company or similar environment.
• Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, content, film and experiential.
• Strong project‑management abilities with the capacity to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, schedules and production resources.
• Solution‑focused collaborator who enjoys rolling up sleeves and making things happen.
