Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

Engaging.io is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead complex HubSpot CRM migrations and integrations across Australia or New Zealand. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to design seamless solutions and ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HubSpot migrations and integrations, from discovery to handover.
• Run discovery workshops with senior stakeholders and translate chaos into clean solution designs.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and delivery teams to implement solutions.
• Secure client buy‑in by demonstrating deep understanding of their business needs.
• Own overall project outcomes, not just individual tasks.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working agency‑side on HubSpot projects.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior executives.
• Strong documentation skills and adherence to project methodology best practices.
• Composure when projects encounter challenges.
