About the role

Lead the Brisbane branch of Healthcare Australia, overseeing a high‑performing recruitment and workforce team while building strong client relationships across Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop recruiters to meet performance, fill‑rate and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, conducting regular visits to identify workforce needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment leader in agency recruitment, workforce solutions or staffing services.
• Commercially minded, relationship‑driven and passionate about delivering outcomes for clients and candidates.

Required skills

• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and business development skills.
