About the role

Join EY's HR Transformation team as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Managing Consultant, delivering HR transformation services across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll solutions for clients.
• Conduct workshops, gather business requirements and provide best‑practice recommendations.
• Develop functional specifications, solution designs and configuration workbooks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third‑party systems.
• Provide advanced support, troubleshooting and guidance on payroll deployment.
• Perform data migration, validation and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or qualification in Business, HR, HR Technology or Information Systems.
• Minimum three end‑to‑end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Experience with HR/Payroll systems, process review and design.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in Australian (and preferably New Zealand) SF EC and Payroll projects.
