Head of Site Coordinator – North Lakes

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, people‑focused individual to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our North Lakes site across four buildings. You will manage a team of Receptionists, ensure high‑quality service for visitors and employees, and drive inclusiveness and engagement throughout the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of Receptionists, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, department heads and external vendors.
• Coordinate internal site visit requests, manage correspondence and communication boards.
• Plan, coordinate and execute site‑wide events, corporate celebrations and team activities for 1,000+ staff.
• Review KPIs, performance metrics and budgets to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, conduct regular walk‑throughs and ensure safety and compliance.

Required profile

• People‑focused, dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities.
• Experience leading a team of Receptionists or similar front‑of‑house staff.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver large‑scale events and employee engagement initiatives.
