Senior Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Recruiter drives end‑to‑end recruitment strategies for assigned business groups, partnering with hiring managers and HR partners to attract, assess and hire top talent. This role also serves as a brand ambassador, building pipelines through professional networks, educational institutions and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles from needs identification to candidate submission, including job profiling and advertising.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social media and offline techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders and HR partners to align talent planning with succession and performance goals.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with professional associations and educational institutions.
• Monitor recruitment spend, vendor performance and service level agreements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of agency or in‑house recruitment experience, preferably in IT/technical or sales domains.
• Proven success recruiting passive candidates in competitive markets such as the Bay Area or Vancouver.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work remotely within fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent confidentiality handling and judgment on sensitive employment matters.

Required skills

• Experience with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools.
• Advanced Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
