Banking Consultant – South West Sydney

About the role

ANZ is seeking enthusiastic Banking Consultants to join its retail branches across South West Sydney. In this customer‑focused role you will help clients achieve their financial goals by delivering seamless, end‑to‑end banking experiences and promoting ANZ’s digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service, handling transactions and advising on suitable products.
• Engage customers in needs‑based conversations to drive advocacy and satisfaction.
• Support branch initiatives, programs and community outreach.
• Maintain a strong understanding of risk and compliance requirements.
• Act as a peer coach and role model for colleagues.
• Work flexible rostered hours, including occasional Saturdays.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to conduct in‑depth, needs‑based financial discussions.
• Accredited to sell ANZ products at the appropriate level.
• Commitment to compliance with ANZ policies and procedures.
• Team player who can mentor and support peers.
