About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting each customer’s end‑to‑end financial needs and guiding them toward digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a smooth branch experience, handling transactions and needs‑based conversations.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team.
- Drive higher customer engagement and advocacy.
- Participate in bank programs and initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus; retail banking experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using and promoting technology and digital channels.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change and ambiguity.
- Willingness to work in a casual, branch‑based environment.
