Banking Consultant – Part-time (0.5 FTE)

About the role

ANZ is seeking a part‑time Banking Consultant to join its North Rockhampton branch. In this role you will deliver a seamless banking experience, helping customers meet their financial needs and promoting digital solutions. You will also act as a peer coach and role model within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end banking services, including transactions and needs‑based conversations.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and solutions.
• Support bank programs and initiatives to boost customer engagement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of customers from a risk and compliance perspective.
• Ensure adherence to ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Exceptional customer focus with a retail banking background preferred.
• Experience using and promoting digital banking channels.
• Ability to act as a role model and peer coach for colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service and advocacy.
