Back of House Assistant (Full-time) – Eastgardens

About the role
This full‑time position supports JD Sports’ store operations in Eastgardens by managing stockroom activities and ensuring the shop floor is well‑supplied. You will work Tuesday to Saturday on varying shifts, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, process, label and store merchandise in the back‑of‑house area.
- Assist the Back of House Manager with deliveries, maintaining order, preventing damage and reducing stock loss.
- Support the sales team by retrieving product queries and delivering items to the shop floor promptly.
- Ensure products are correctly priced, tagged and displayed according to company standards.
- Replenish stock on the shop floor, maintaining full size ranges and meeting KPI targets.
Required profile
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar environment.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing setting.
