About the role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support daily restaurant operations for a new opening in early 2027, focusing on weekend and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily management of the restaurant, including inventory and financial tasks.
- Lead the team through busy service periods and provide crew training.
- Proactively improve guest experience.
Required profile
- Experience leading a team in a busy, high‑volume hospitality environment.
- Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for inspiring, leading and developing staff.
