About the role

Nando's is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its Festival Towers restaurant. The role is about leading a shift with positive energy, keeping the tables turning and the grills sizzling, and inspiring a team to deliver the Nando's experience for new and loyal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and run a beautiful, welcoming restaurant.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew, setting the tone and pace of each shift.
• Coach the team to deliver the Nando's experience for new and loyal customers.
• Energise the atmosphere and operations so every shift is full of energy.

Required profile

• Right to work in Australia/New Zealand and aged 18 or older to manage or supervise a restaurant.
• Enjoys coaching and developing people and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Able to run the restaurant with creativity, leadership and problem-solving.
• Shares the values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity and Family.

Required skills

• Ability to obtain and hold certifications such as liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR and manager accreditation as required by local legislation.
