About the role

A well-known fast-casual restaurant brand, expanding across Australia, is recruiting an Assistant Manager in Brisbane. The venue is a high-volume location open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner, serving share-style menus for groups. The Assistant Manager helps run the day-to-day operations of a team of 40+ people and supports the growth of the business, with a path to become Restaurant General Manager and lead new store launches within 12-18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Help manage a large team of 40+ people
• Support the day-to-day operations of a high-volume venue
• Grow teams and build business momentum
• Handle the daily running of a busy restaurant that trades 7 days a week

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy casual dining or QSR environment
• Passion for building great teams and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Excited to join a brand's growth journey and take on bigger leadership roles
• Unrestricted Australian working rights

• Confident handling of P&L and budgets
