Assistant Property Manager

About the role

Minor Hotels Australasia is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join the MINT Residential team in Brisbane CBD. You will support the management of a boutique portfolio of Oaks and Avani branded apartments, delivering high‑quality service to tenants and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels).
• Handle incoming rental enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct open, routine, entry and exit inspections as required.
• Communicate effectively with tenants and draft leasing and handover documentation.
• Address maintenance issues and liaise with tradespeople.
• Utilise the console cloud program for effective property management.

Required profile

• Hold a Real Estate Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of property management experience.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Solid knowledge of property management procedures and current legislation.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work Saturdays on an ad‑hoc basis.
