Assistant Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the Enfield Hotel buzzing and loved by locals. Based in Clearview, just 20 minutes from Adelaide's CBD, you will support the Publican and lead a team across our Bistro, Sports Bar and accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Publican to ensure smooth, safe operations and a great vibe.
• Lead a team of hospitality staff, handling daily challenges before they become problems.
• Engage with regulars so they feel like part of the crew.
• Assist with stock handling, moving kegs and deliveries.

Required profile

• Experience working in a bar, bistro or gaming room, with some supervisory duties.
• Confidence and people skills to represent the venue when the manager is away.
• Current RSA, RSG and RP Badge as required by state regulations.
• Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
