About the role

We’re searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Enfield Hotel – the beating heart of the local community where pub classics meet plates locals can’t get enough of.

Key responsibilities

• Command the kitchen like it’s your own, keeping it smooth, safe and profitable.
• Work closely with the Publican and front‑of‑house team as part of the leadership crew.
• Grow a high‑performing kitchen team by sharing passion, skills and creativity.
• Maintain a strong connection between kitchen and front‑of‑house, delivering great food every shift.

Required profile

• Experience, confidence and pride to own the kitchen and make it shine.
• Trade cooking qualifications and up‑to‑date food safety certifications.
• A genuine Head Chef mindset – creating food people talk about and leading daily.
