Architect/Designer – Mission Critical

About the role

We are looking for an Architect/Designer to join our growing Sydney team and work on mission‑critical projects such as data centres and specialised infrastructure. You will collaborate with directors, project leads and external consultants to deliver high‑quality, compliant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complex, multi‑phase architectural projects from detailed design through construction support.
• Prepare and review detailed drawings and 3D models to ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to maintain alignment across all project stages.
• Support project timelines, deliverables and quality outcomes throughout multiple phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and construction documentation.
• Solid technical and construction knowledge.
• Experience on large‑scale commercial or multi‑residential delivery projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Rendering skills with Enscape or Lumion.
• Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
