Architect – Large‑Scale Multi‑Residential Projects

About the role

FK is looking for an experienced Architect to join its Sydney studio. The role focuses on large‑scale, multi‑residential projects and requires strong expertise in Revit and BIM documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with project teams across all phases, from concept to delivery.
• Prepare and manage architectural documentation using Revit.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
• Coordinate project consultants and ensure compliance with Australian standards.
• Prioritise multiple tasks, work under pressure and make timely decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of architectural practice, preferably with Class 2 experience.
• Registered Architect (AIA preferred).
• Proven experience leading multi‑residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and relevant residential codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
