Ads Sales Partner – New Zealand

About the role

Netflix is seeking an Ads Sales Partner to lead agency‑driven revenue strategy for Netflix Ads in New Zealand, operating from our Sydney office. You will act as the primary strategic liaison between Netflix and its agency partners, driving collaboration, operational excellence, and sustained revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for agency holding groups and media representatives, ensuring transparent communication and operational excellence.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing; conduct business reviews to identify gaps and acceleration opportunities.
• Build deep, trust‑based relationships with senior stakeholders across agencies and media partners.
• Promote adoption and understanding of the Netflix Ads platform within agency sales teams.
• Develop frameworks to streamline briefing, planning, trafficking, measurement, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing Partnerships, Ads Marketing, Measurement, and Product—to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of New Zealand’s agency landscape.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex, multi‑year commercial agreements.
• Strong relationship‑building and strategic advisory skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving revenue growth.
