Accounts Clerk – Accounts Receivable Focus

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑focused Accounts Clerk to join Australia’s largest distributor of motorcycle and bicycle clothing, accessories and parts. The position is centred on accounts receivable but also supports a variety of finance and administrative tasks within a small, dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email to arrange payment and resolve queries.
• Process customer payments, credits and related journal entries.
• Perform data entry for invoices and receipts.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse replenishment activities.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports.

Required profile

• Valid Australian work rights.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Eagerness to learn new tasks.
• Basic accounts knowledge (preferred).
• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• NetSuite (advantage).
