Accounting & Business Advisory Manager

About the role

Altus/Fortunity is seeking an experienced Accounting & Business Advisory Manager to join its growing Erina office. You will lead a portfolio of SME and high‑net‑worth family clients, delivering tax, compliance and advisory services while mentoring junior accountants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse client portfolio, providing tax, compliance and business advisory support.
• Oversee and develop a team of junior accountants, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior directors to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic initiatives and equity‑ownership pathways.

Required profile

• Solid experience in business services tax and compliance, preferably with SME or high‑net‑worth clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop junior staff.
• Motivation to relocate to the Central Coast and work onsite in Erina.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Australian tax law and compliance processes.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering advisory services.
