Accountant – Property Industry

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accountant to join our property‑focused organisation. You will play a key part in managing financial reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow oversight while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost‑saving measures.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision‑making.

Required profile

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Experience within the property industry is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Yardi (beneficial).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
