Account Manager – Wholesale

About the role

NHP is seeking an Account Manager – Wholesale to join its sales team in Perth. You will manage wholesale customer accounts, provide technical support and help grow the business through strong relationships and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships in an assigned territory/region.
• Maintain close contact with nominated customers to expand NHP product breadth and brand presence.
• Facilitate and coordinate all activities associated with project‑related work.
• Keep CRM updated with activities, contact details and opportunity pipeline.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in the electrical or wholesale industry.
• Technical knowledge of electrical products and solutions or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self‑motivated approach.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
