Account Manager – Western Australia

About the role

Owens & Minor is seeking an Account Manager based in Western Australia to drive sustainable revenue growth across an assigned Acute Care territory. You will manage a portfolio of public and private hospital accounts, develop territory sales strategies and work closely with Clinical Specialists and internal teams to deliver solutions that improve clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with sales and growth objectives.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts, identifying opportunities to increase product utilisation and market penetration.
• Achieve sales revenue, profitability and market share targets through consultative selling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, procurement teams and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical education and training to healthcare professionals.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets and account plans while maintaining data in Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably medical devices, infection prevention or surgical consumables.
• Proven track record of managing complex hospital accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling into public and private hospital environments and understanding procurement processes.
• Strong territory management, business development, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences or related discipline preferred.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or similar) proficiency.
