Account Manager, Talent Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Account Manager to join its Talent Solutions team in Melbourne. You will manage and grow a portfolio of recruitment agencies across Australia and New Zealand, delivering strategic partnership and value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency owners and senior decision‑makers, understanding their business goals and challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying, upselling and cross‑selling LinkedIn Talent Solutions products, and renewing existing contracts.
• Consult clients on leveraging LinkedIn data, insights and best practices to optimise talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, customer success and operations teams to provide tailored support.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in HR software, SaaS or IT solutions.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and develop compelling sales strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation and forecasting skills.
