Account Manager – South Australia North Region

About the role

As an Account Manager for Holcim’s Concrete Business in South Australia’s North Region, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across Port Augusta, Port Pirie and Whyalla. The role is focused on driving sales, managing the full bid‑to‑completion cycle and building long‑term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify construction material bids and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute a structured contact plan for each assigned account.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers to maximise revenue and brand loyalty.
• Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within construction or building‑materials sectors.
• Strong solution‑selling and customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while aligning with a supportive management team.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
