Account Manager

About the role

Milkman Agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own client accounts and work closely with creative, strategy and production teams. You will lead integrated campaigns across traditional, OOH, digital, social and content, while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medium to large client accounts as the trusted day‑to‑day contact.
• Lead integrated campaigns across traditional advertising, OOH, digital, social and content.
• Translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans for internal teams.
• Oversee budgets, scopes, timelines and deliverables to keep accounts profitable.
• Identify growth opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Participate in campaign shoots, productions and activations, including interstate and occasional international travel.

Required profile

• 6+ years of agency account management experience.
• Based in Melbourne with a background in creative, advertising or integrated marketing agencies.
• Proven experience managing medium to large clients and multiple campaigns.
• Strong understanding of traditional advertising, OOH, digital and social media.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, collaborative attitude with a desire to continuously develop.
