Account Manager – Financial Services

About the role

Eightcap is seeking an Account Manager who is curious about financial markets and focused on building long‑term client relationships. You will own the acquisition and growth of wholesale and business trading clients, guiding them from first contact through onboarding and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team in acquiring and managing business and wholesale trading clients.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, compliance verification and rapid activation on trading platforms.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of forex, indices, commodities and equity derivatives and translate platform benefits for clients.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, revenue targets and identify cross‑sell opportunities.
• Provide fast, professional support via email, phone and chat while keeping CRM records accurate.
• Ensure all interactions comply with ASIC regulations and internal compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field, or at least 3 years in financial services or sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven track record in high‑pressure, target‑driven environments.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work across multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM software and handling client data.
