Account Management Summer Internship (2027)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Account Management team for a 9‑week summer internship in Sydney. You will work on real projects, support global customers and gain hands‑on experience in payments and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with team members to support a wide array of Mastercard programs.
• Liaise with a global customer base to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards.
• Use analytic insights and tools for compliance, investigative and reporting initiatives.
• Perform project‑management duties, including documenting processes and managing timelines.
• Communicate action plans to address vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
• Educate internal and external customers on program rules and best practices.
• Conduct desktop research to identify trends and develop performance metrics.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Available for a 9‑week summer internship.
• Interest in account management, payments or financial services.
